A project in which a number of municipalities in northern Sweden has joined forces to compete with big cities in the south. It has built a network of high-tech players and networked them in a fiberoptical development network. Our task was to produce a film that would raise the interest of entrepreneurs and business leaders to contact the organization and join the network.
